Thank you for stating the obvious. If I'm not mistaken she has not won a race anywhere since she raced go carts. Her best finishes have all come due to alternate pit strategies, (not because she can compete with the best)and the only reason she led at Indy was because she didn't pit for fuel when everyone else made their last stop. She couldn't finish the race without another stop. That was nothing more than a publicity stunt to lead the race.

That being said, the IRL is so weak that yeah, she is as good as some of the backmarkers. Just don't confuse her for someone with a real chance to win.

I'd love to see Sara Fisher get comparable equipment and then go out and kick Danica's a$$.

Danica is nothing more than a whiney, pouty,little drama queen.

Trust me, you have to see that nose up close and in person. I saw her pull into pit road after she qualified. All the reporters kept swarming in to get pictures so I couldn't get a good one. I kept waiting for her to take her helmet off hoping she would be a hotty and the moment I saw that nose, ugh! I guess as you get older, uglier chicks get better looking. I'm probably pretty young compared to most of you guys.

As far as Sara Fisher getting Danica's equipment, the same is true with almost any driver in any type of racing. If you put a consistant bottom finisher in Jeff Gordons car, they will be up at the top every time. The almight dollar wins the race.

I don't agree with this. I believe it takes a combination of both. When Danica was a rookie (2005 I believe) I would arguably say that her equipment (Rahal Letterman) was the best on the track. Certainly Penske and Ganassi were struggling then. Of course Danica was a rookie, but that's when she had here better finishes. Last year her equipment was not superior to others and the results showed.

Yes, speed is a function of money. How fast do you want to go? But the money is required to buy equipment, team members, and the driver. You need all three to be at the top.
