I wear a Brooks leather that I bought in the early 80's. Still fits but a little more snug now.

 

i wore a regular police style leather jacket back in the day, still have it but it seems to have shrunk. i have the same style jacket now made by wilson with thinsulate, pretty warm and big improvement over the older jackets.

 

Yeah! Still wearing those (well, bootcut instead of big bells now), if you wait long enough everything comes around back in style.

 

Leather doesn't melt into your dermal layers like plastic when taking a "slideride."
Again, your mileage may vary...

 

I wore diapers in the very early 70's.

 

My pop willed me his WW2 bomber jacket...about 1963. Later Sears leather...but I seldom wore leathers in those days, favoring Levi jacket and trousers. I was tougher then... Naturally I never wore a beanie...too dangerous!

 

Club colors and long hair and bread is what I did

 

I'm not sure what newborns were wearing back then.....

 

Levis blue denim jacket, Schott Bros. Perfecto, H-D Hein Gericke jacket (still have it) later worn by Stallone in Rocky III.

 

Levi jacket most of the time and a leather jacket from tijuana Mexico, loved that jacket. You might be able to shop on line I'm pretty sure they still make them
