What did you wear in the 70's/80's?

These guys are in NYC, I bought the CHP jacket in 1990 and it is still my main riding leather.

Fur collar comes right off with snaps, I had them remove the belt loops back then. I used to put the fur collar back on in the winter, haven't in a long time. I also used to be able to use the liner, but that was several pounds ago. With no liner, it is the best jacket I own. Now if I could drop a couple so I can put the liner back in for winter riding, I would be golden.
My wife wants me to get a new jacket, I actually thought about going back to them for the same one, just a couple of sizes bigger. Oh they also fix zippers for free if you bring it to them. They did the main zipper for me abut 3 years ago, that is twenty-two years after I bought it.
I always liked the look of the NYC Highway coat, but looks a little goofy without the gun belt.

There wasn't much for the ladies back then, but Wilson Leather Stores carried the Brooks brand - they started making moto jackets for women. So my first leather jacket in '79 or 80 was a Brooks leather jacket with fringe - classic motorcycle jacket. I still have it. I recently found one from the same era a size larger on ebay - that fits better me now - LOL.
Also, Schott was the big one back then - they made many styles of leather jackets mostly for the guys though. I still have my hippy brown suede fringed jacket they made.
