I've ordered from them twice. First time was in 2009, I ordered a set of chrome upper controls for a 08 Fatboy. A week or so later they sent me a email stating that they didn't have them and refunded my money. This winter I ordered a set of chrome ARP pulley bolts for a softail. It stated they were in stock. A week later I get a email that they didn't expect to have them for a month so I again requested a refund which they did.

 

I search around for the best prices on the same parts. Shipping cost is also a factor in my purchases too.
You'd be surprised what there is on Amazon.

 

One of the reasons I was willing to pay a little extra was because of their "in stock" status. I assumed they would be here quickly. Not the case.

 

have only used them 1 time, last year ordered a pair of shocks, received them in about 4 days.

 

I have been to there place in Daytona . There help is not much help on products they are not a discount house . Only nice thing is there catalog . Get to look then check for better prices elsewhere .. . Some companies have realize that most everybody has a computer and if you're going to order something and have it shipped to your house you're looking for a better price. .
