20 years ago I used them almost elusively...Haven't bought anything from them in years...you don't have to try hard at all to beat their prices.

 

I ordered tires, tubes, and rim strips from J&P last year and it went off without a hitch. Having seen the amount of complaints about them recently, I'll buy elsewhere in the future.

 

I had used them a few times in the past. I stopped since their prices were high and I was able to get the same item for less with free shipping on-line.

I've ordered stuff in the past but have shied away from them due to all the complaints I've read here. I've been using Revzilla, Dennis Kirk and a couple things from DK customs. I've also ordered a couple things from Eastern Performance. I got my FP3 for 280.00 on sale a while back.

 

This one probably will be too, but I posted it here in a forum that they sponsor, so that someone else there might see it. Their lack of concern regarding correcting the issue and getting me the part I need is what is the most frustrating. They said they had the part from the vendor this morning, but it hadn't been logged in yet. Well, now my customer service experience is directly in your hands, but you still don't care. Got it. Even their catalogs have been thrown out at this point.

 

I guess I have been lucky no problems so far. I have noticed that they sometimes show something in stock but then it says usually ships in 4-5 days.

 

Usually had good luck with them over the years. Was recently looking for a Danny Gray solo seat for the Street Glide and JP didn't have it, went over to Partsgiant and scored the seat for $100 below retail, free shipping and got it in three days.

 

I've used JP for tons of stuff, never any problem. I'll keep using them until there is a problem.

 

Ordered a horn mount for my evo on Sunday afternoon, got it Wednesday with free shipping. Don't usually buy from J & P because of higher prices.
