I also have a touch of OCD (actually CDO, alphabetical as it should be). Since I have my trike in a storage facility I have it covered all the time. The 10-15 minutes I wait for it to cool before covering is a perfect time to give it a once over with a detail spray. Like others have said keeping it clean is easier than getting it clean.

I've had my bike for over a year, but haven't washed it with a hose. I've taken the waterless detailer to the paint and wiped down the chrome, but never a formal wash.

I don't have the time. I have a 2 year old and a giant honey-do list, so I get a half hour here and an hour there to play around in the garage on the weekends if I'm lucky. Any free time I get I ride!

Always clean as he'll. Truck too when not at work and house and yard as well. I pay too much money for all of them to let them fall into a state of neglect. And the bike is a daily rider when I'm home and the truck is a work Truck. Both see tons of miles and both are very well kept I dislike dirt.

Anyone else use a leaf blower (electric) to dry after washing? Just wondering.

I keep mine wiped down with a detail spray. Actually wash it every once in a while. By every once in a while , I mean I have hand washed it once in the last year.

I use to detail cars for a living, so I like to keep my vehicles clean. Especially my bike. A simple quik detailer spray and microfiber wipe down every so often go a long way.
