They said that the Formula Plus was really sticky after a while. too bad because that redline $hit is expensive... I hope it's worth it...

I put the damper Spring and the damper dished shape spring back in even though the barnett tech said some people had issues finding neutral, I adjusted the clutch the way I use to do my evo , lever to the bar and turn screw in and back out plus 1/2 turn... and put in some atf type F . Took for test ride and is good now. Not sure if it was the damper Spring and the damper dished shape spring I put back in or type of oil or what but its good now and I have no problem going into neutral.

Did anyone notice the oil the rider was using? It appears to be automotive oil.
Only motorcycle specific oils should be used, not those formulated for autos..
Different formulas. Some may say they have used them and they work ok, but
Clutch manufacturer's do not recommend them.

Hmmm, Alto USA, the manufacturer of Carbonite clutches recommends Dexron ATF be used with theirs. You better get on the phone and get those dummies straightened out.

Yes, I asked a year ago what he was using, and this was his reply:
"They weren't specific on oil but I did ask if atf was ok and he said yes."
