Default "Rare" FXR on Craigslist

https://charlotte.craigslist.org/mcy/5517054549.html

I've always been an FXR guy so I tend to gravitate to any CL listing featuring FXR's. This one kind of threw me a bit, not sure if this is way out there or right on for what it is.

I've heard FXR's were popular club bikes back then but the Sonny Barger reference is a bit of a stretch.

I caught the "Sonny Burgess" also, and 'it will only continue to go up in price" the guy is overselling, anyone who knows what it is knows what its worth. I hear they were very good riding bikes though, designed by Eric Buell. It still comes bacl to "it only worth what someone will pay". this guy is pushing financing through HD I dunno about that, If I were going to drop the coin, I would shop around.

Pretty clean bike that looks like a survivor. Hard to find them that old & in that condition.

I'm thinking 10K is a long shot. Maybe he'll have it at Myrtle Beach HD for bike week in May. Might stop in and check it out, maybe Sonny will be there and can endorse it.

I would love to have that bike for the right price. By the way the ad is worded it sounds like the guy is a salesman there....."Sonny Burgess"
