Default Evo or Twin...which should I keep?

Well I have two RK. One a carb 96 EVO with 30k miles in mint condition...the other A 05 with 28k miles also in great condition.... Here is my dilemma. I can only ride one at a time... I live on a dirt Rd so I keep my 96 and the wife's Heritage at another property I own...The 2005 just sits in my garage at home.... Haven't ridden it in 4month...So im thinking of getting rid of one....Only problem is I'm not sure which one to keep..... There both beautiful bikes... The Twin cam has a lot more get up and go...but from what I understand the EVO is easier to work on... On the flip side.. Parts might be tough to find for the 96...

Any thoughts and opinions would be appreciated...

Ride each one for about an hour back to back and see which one gives you the bigger smile.

I'd keep the carbed EVO in a flash.

Carbed Evo, without a second thought. Parts for the Evo are as easy to find as they are for the twinkie.

Unless the '05 has had the tensioners serviced or updated already, it's about to cost you money. Keep the Evo...it doesn't have those issues.

evo, hands down. no tensioners to worry about. the evo has better wheel bearings, better primary tensioner. the evo can be hopped up alot cheaper than the twinkie and will last just as long if not longer. inner cam bearing and base gasket are the biggest issue but are a cheap fix.

Yep ... I'd lean towards the EVO too ... If it was something that I was going to keep "forever" ... There are days when I wish I had my 1992 FLHTCU back .
