I have the flat black Drifter. Nice looking.

There's no windvisor on the front of the helmet and at speeds above 70 mph the helmet wants to lift of my head.

Yea I know the feeling I have a Fulmer 1/2 right now and it does the samething, I got used to it though. I guess it's a good thing that I don't go over 65 - 70 most of the time then .

Those are merely badged with the Bell name. The shape suggests THH manufactured them.

Bell used to be top-of-the-line helmets, but they're just junk today.

I have the flat black drifter. No problems and haven't tried hard enough to come up with any complaints.

I had Bell helmet back in the 70's. They used to be THE STANDARDfor helmets...Everyone wore them back 'in the day'...But....When I was looking in the early 90'sfor an AMERICAN made helmet...Well..Bell had went to Europe (probably to China now)...Litigation, BS restrictions, etc...I'd love to buy an American Made helmet that didn't feel like I was wearing a refrigerator on my head...But no company wants to buy into the litigation.

I ride without a helmet when the **** law's allow...

I remeber how cool it was to have a Bell Star OffRoad Helmet in 1975!It was the drag racing helmet with the smaller opening. No peripheral vision, had to keep turning my head from side to side.
