Obesity is at a record high. It has serious health consequences. And many Doctors don't like to talk about it, because it's an emotional minefield.
I don't tell my obese women patients in their 20-30s about Pseudotumor Cerebri, because they get upset.

We need to put social pressure on obesity, like we did with smoking. But we don't because then we are "mean".
