Anyone else having an issue with J&P CYCLES?
Boy they are really starting to su*k. I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Still hasn't shipped and I was told it was in stock and ready to roll. They DO NOT pick up the phone, Answer an email where they state 24 hour turn around or answer the online chat... WTF... I told them this was a gift and was assured no issue rolling out.... HOWEVER they do answer the order line and when I asked my shipping status, they cannot give me an answer.. Yeah - take my money, hold me off and provide no service... In my 3 years on this forum this is my 1st bitc* but JP you are starting to suck...
Hey being you sponsor this sub forum, how about an answer or an explanation?

I have big issues with J&P. Up until last year their warehouse was in my home state, Iowa. They moved to Tennessee so now I might as well order from someone else as most other aftermarket retailers are cheaper and can ship to me faster.

There are a few other threads about this. They definitely have something going on. I _almost_ bought something from them until they had a note posted it would take and extra 3-5 days for processing due to high volume. Sounds like what Jay Guild above is pissed about bit them square in the ***.

I just bought a rear master cylinder rebuild kit and a rear caliper rebuild kit from them. The caliper kit took a few extra days, but otherwise, no complaints.

Of all the big power-sport warehouses Dennis Kirk seems to to the best job with quick shipping and reasonable prices compared to their competitors. If not in a hurry for a part it seems ebay or Amazon will get you the lowest price with free shipping most of the time. Just have to read sellers feedback and use common sense.

I was having to wait also for my order to ship. When I called I was told they are splitting some stock to another warehouse and the inventory got fubar. They did get it out to me just longer than I hoped.
