ear phones

I've tried many different kinds including $500+ custom molded and the best ones I've ever tried are these http://www.etymotic.com/consumer/earphones/er4.html excellent noise cancelling means no wind noise so I can listen at a reasonable volume. Wear them all day long many many times.

I have tiny ear holes. The smallest ear buds are still too big to fit inside so none fit well or stayed in.
. I found some oval shaped .
They fit into canal nicely. Seal out nose real well but you can still hear.
Fit like this makes all music sound good.. No hiss, static etc. Has right angle connector.
They only cost like 6 or 7 bucks... Panasonic HJE120 on Amazon

my last trip I used a pair of bluetooth headphones.
I know have the Samsung Level U that I am going to try out this summer.
When we were running at higher speeds the music was not loud enough for me...although I do have hearing issues...
I also bought the chin curtain to try out on my helmet this year to try to cut down wind noise...(rarely wear helmet...only long trips)
