I'm missing some good riding today. Weather is perfect but I've got the smoker fired up and beer iced down! Just finished the brisket 14 hrs cook time. 12 racks of ribs, 4 chickens, pot of beans on the smoker now. Maybe I can ride after lunch.

I read the subject and thought you had fired someone for smoking. I thought, what a peckerhead!!
Now, since I called you a peckerhead, and am truly sorry for it because I thought the thought before reading the whole initial post, I figure I should bring you a beer as a peace offering. And, since you have so gracefully foresaken your riding time to whip up such a fine offering of victuals, I must insist on delivering it today.
Really though, I hope yall have a great time and you get some riding in.

Geesh..and all we are haing here is 24 hour marinated steaks, bbq'd by yours truely. Along with pineapple upsidedown cake.
