Default Ester bad for motor

I know this is a touchy subject but I don't know so I'll just ask is ester bad for your motor

I don't allow Ester near my scoot.

Your ride... you put whathever you think is better for your bike.
But if you have a LOT of time, there are thousands of threads on that.

My wife would kill me if Ester was on my bike so, yes, it is bad.

Guessing you meant to say "ether" and I almost blew-up a snowmobile once using it so...not using on my bike(s).

Ester is 100% synthetic oil base Groupe 5
PAO (polyalphaolifin) is 100% synthetic oil base Group 4
Hydrocracked mineral 100% synthetic oil base Group 3

But google says there is an Ester Satorova. Photos in the link. She is good for my motor.
