Default shimmy in curves

I just had my rear tire replaced about 500 miles ago. When Im turning right at any speed and loosen my grip on the bars I get a shimmy through them. When turning left no problem. When driving straight bars will shimmy between 35-40. Is this a balance issue or alignment. I checked the alignment and adjusted it when I got the bike back because it was real bad. I set it even with the left side and this helped.
