Usually pay cash for my toys.....had the money to write a check low interest financing....financed it for7 months then could not deal with not having the title so I paid it off.

I am only makin payments to get credit because I have none, I always paid cash for what I wanted or I didn't get it. I have the cash to pay it off now but I was told to carry the note for about 2yrs before I pay it off.

Chances are that if you have to finance your bike thru Harley Davidson or a bank selected by the dealer, you probably cannot afford it in the first place. They rake in more profit from the financing than the bike itself and you end up with a bike that has a bigger note than it's worth. Hopefully this hasn't offended anyone, but it's proven fact.
