Its only bent on the right side of the rim . So do I remove the tire and bang it out the old school way. Or are there places out there that use hydraulic tools that will do a much better job ? I live in New Jersey and willing to travel 75 or 100 miles if I have to.

Though I currently live in Richmond Virginia, I am by all descriptions.... A Chicago native. After years of riding Chicago streets, and COUNTLESS bent 21 inch wheels, I simply gave up on the 21's and ran tires that had sidewalls that could absorb potholes. If you INSIST on keeping the 21 inch rim, bang that sucker with a hammer, get it as close as you can with the old eyeball method, check all the spokes, and find a shop that will put it on a balancer. At least that way you can still roll on the thing. Jersey roads suck, and bent 21's are pretty much a way of life. At least in Chi-town they were. I can't imagine your roads being much better........

I've yet to dent a factory one and I've hit holes big enough to crack frames. Wont' say say that about most aftermarket cast wheels.
