Daytona Bike Week 2016 (Trailering)
Myself and my wife are planning on attending this coming March. I have never been to Bike Week. We are planning on trailering our bike, because it's freezing up here in Wisconsin that time of year. My question is, when I get to Daytona is there a place I can park my truck and trailer. Because I'm sure there wouldn't be room at the hotels. Any advice would be appreciated....

Depends on where you stay. Some hotels allow trailers. In the town of Daytona Beach Shores, however, it's illegal to park trailers at hotels. Either way, there are lots of folks that are willing to charge you to park your trailer. Most hotels down there will be able to point you in the right direction.

I stayed at the Best Western Aku Tiki Hotel which has plenty of trailer parking if you're early. If you can arrive on Thursday, the day before bike week starts, you shouldn't have a problem unloading your trailer then moving your truck and bikes to the other side to park.
Hotels a little further away have more space for trailers. To be honest it makes little difference where you stay unless you're at the Hilton and one or 2 others at the bottom of Main St, you'll be riding all over Daytona. I'd always rather stay on Atlantic Ave which is A1A because it's nice to be on the ocean. Book now, most sites allow cancellations up to a week before at no charge.

May wish to consider parking trailer about 2 hours north of Daytona.
Maybe Jacksonville area.
Take bikes across the ferry and ride the coast, stop for a half day visit in St Augustine (see the fort, historic district and eat lunch) then to Daytona for your overnight hotel stay.
Also consider going to the races.

If you go south 90 miles more, you'll find Palm Bay on I-95, take exit 176. You can leave your trailer in my fenced yard (locked) while you explore the finer parts of the state. You truck will fit in my driveway and blend right in. (I prefer bottled beer, if you feel a gratuity seals the deal, but it's certainly not required. )

If you really want to enjoy FL a few days before or after the event (I'm not much of a Daytona fan), take your bike down through the keys, back up through the state roads, cross Rt 40 and enjoy Rt 19, 441, etc.
Palm Bay is rather uneventful, and has been quiet since 1987. http://murderpedia.org/male.C/c/cruse-william.htm
For all the rest that don't fit in my driveway, you can camp and park anything here, another 15-20 miles south of me. Great fishing too. https://www.floridastateparks.org/park/Sebastian-Inlet

Now that's what I'm talking about, brotherhood. Good on you. I posted a few years ago that I would be going to Florida for a while to work and have my bike with me. Got a similar invite from someone here and we have been the best of friends ever since. My friend lives near Orlando so any time there is a bike week and I am there we generally ride the other direction, neither of us being crowd fans either.
