When I stopped in to look at helmets with Bluetooth they recommended get them separately so if you need to replace one or the other you don't have to get both.
Get a helmet you like then look at these, http://www.revzilla.com/sena-bluetooth-communications

Inside they have the cutouts to add the Bluetooth.

Well, I use the RS-1 Bell full-faced helmet.

I use it with the Sena SMH-10 and the Garmin Zumo 665. Works fantastic.

My helmet:

I just ordered a Shark Evoline 3 Pro Carbon that has the interior cutouts for their Blue Tooth set up. Shark calls their rig a Shark Tooth (Cute).

Useful for Music, taking and sending cell calls as well as bike to bike communications.

Agree to go separate - I was looking for integrated BT but found slim choices. The Sena mentioned here is awesome, highly recommend!

Have you tried on a Shoei Neotec?
Beautiful helmet, costs $$$ but you'll get what you pay for.

Although the Neotech doesn't come from Shoei with Bluetooth built-in, Sena has released a custom-designed bluetooth unit for the Neotec (also fits the Shoei GT-Air) that fits entirely WITHIN the helmet, nothing showing outside.

Very slick and the way of the future.

Installation isn't difficult, watch this video:
(Note: video shows installation into GT-Air, but same procedure for Neotec)

Go aftermarket with bluetooth. Either Sena or Scala rider. They are much better systems than any helmet with the bluetooth built in.

Plus if you buy a new helmet next year you can move the bluetooth over.

I have a Schuberth c3 pro with the bluetooth module. The Schuberth bluetooth is made by Scala and pairs with the scala units. The c3 was expensive, but far better than any of the HJC or Nolan helmets I've had. Much more comfortable, less wind noise, better vents and visibility.

For my HJC helmet I use the Sena 3s. It's inexpensive, easy to install and works great.
