I live in Mass and ride until it snows then park it. Just switched to a full face helmet 2 days ago. Rode to work this am at a crisp 39 *. Still haven't put liner in my jacket, not cold enough and my morning commute is only 45 minutes.

We that love the North embrace all seasons. We do hate to give up the Harley for a few months but always have plenty to stay occupied and never bored. Now till after the New Year it is always a busy time with family and friends. After that all those winter projects and other things we put off till this time of year get done. Life is good would not have it any other way.

Haven't been out riding in a week or so my last big trip was 300 mi around lake winnipesaukee which was awesome. I'll try to get a ride into Salem before the snow comes.

I was out a little this past Monday afternoon. I was heading home a little after dark, and had a close "sighting" of a deer. Lets just say if he darted left, he would have got me. The clocks are tuning back this weekend. I figure a few more Saturday rides during the day are what's left at best, if you like the cold, maybe a few more. I like to keep my bike out of the road salt so mine usually gets put away around Thanksgiving weekend.

From crystal blue skies with sunlit colored trees ,to bare trees and grey skies and creeping cold, happens every year....
Spring is only 5 months away !

Don't mind the cold, but probably won't ride today with the high wind gusts going on right now.
