So I did a family trip yesterday in the car to see the fall foliage here in mountains. We took old NC-18, 181 on Brown Mountain and then to BlueRidge Parkway for a lunch at Little Switzerland. It was foggy but the colors were so pretty, I was regretting not being on two wheels. Finally I gave in and did this little 160 miles ride today to old NC-18 to get my fix.

Didn't stop at too many places but managed to click a couple of pics at one of the stops. Now I am good and ready. Come on Monday!

Nice! Just came back from Murphy, NC.... Rt 64 to Rt 74 to Wilmington.....940 miles round trip....with an overnight in Murphy.

 

Awesome pictures guys! I live in Florida now, came from northern Wisconsin. I do miss the fall colors, especially when riding! JR
