I don't think Kuryakyn stuff has EVER been manufactured in the USA.

I had a differnt issue with a set of kuryakyn flame grips. Right from the package, the throttle grip had excess glue on the inside barrel. After a bunch of scraping and sanding I got it to work. I bought them off ebay, so return was out.
