I don't work for HD, but if you're going to finance through Harley, then you have some negotiating room because F&I is where everyone makes their money. That's your leverage point. Secondly, go visit other dealers in the area and see what they're willing to do. Have some comparison prices to deal with.

Even though you don't have a credit union, local banks are a great source of information as well as some on-line sites like Capital One, E-loan, etc. Call or e-mail them to check out their new bike loan rates, that way, you can make an informed decision on the HD financing.

I went into the dealer with a quote from e-loan and Eagle Credit matched it. I would shop around on-line for motocylce financing and use an approved rate to negotiate. Goodluck

My dealer did all of the looking around and found that financing through a local Credit Union was the best deal as far as intrest rates. So they worked out a partnership with the Credit Union to send business to them. The dealer had the forms to join and did all of the paper work and everything at the Dealer, it was quite nice. So maybe see what your dealer has done and you options are. Good luck

80 Months? Thats how long you finance a big rig not a bike. Just a thought but the bike has a two year warranty, finance for 2 years.
