I got one of those from my dealer here in San Diego.... Got a T shirt too, guess I was really lucky then.

Earl Small's H-D gave me one when I bought the Train from them. 2 years later they still call every once in a while to see if I'm still satisfied with the bike. Pretty good dealer to keep up with you.

 

I got a neat plaque, different from yours, but with my name and vin # also. T-shirt, tire pressure gauge, cleaning kit, photo of me & the bike. After I signed all the paperwork, and I was out on the floor meeting the staff, A horn went off and they annouced my name over the speakers, everyone started clapping and cheering, a great experiance for sure.

 

ya that's the stock bike, it already looks a little different, with more stuff to come in the future, and I guess I did get two t-shirts also,kinda forgot about those

 

I got one also, kind of a nice way to kiss your a$$

I got one with the purchase of my '05 Deuce, but learned too late (it was my first H-D) about discounts for parts etc. Just purchased a new '07 Deluxe and got a better deal (by 2k) from another dealer, plus 20% off anything I wanted to add, a t-shirt and tire pressure gauge. The plaque was cool, but I'll take the money and the discounts...

 

Got one also with a lot of other customer thank yous during the first 6 months of ownership.Too bad 100% of the Dlrs employees don't buy into thecustomer satisfaction program.It only takes one or two employees to ruin it for a Dlr.

 

We got a plaque like that when we bought our bike. Also received a few other gifts from them after the purchase. They have also been really good with service and helpful with some other purchases I've made. I'm very happy with our dealer (Sheldon's, Auburn, MA).

 

That's very neat, & I think a very nice for them to do, thumbs up to your dealer. I like my dealer, but never received anything like that.
