Am I the only sucker that can't wear jeans to work? I refuse it let it stop me from riding to work but at the same time I feel like a jerk wearing dockers or suit pants on my bike.

Pfffttt! I work in my home. I often start the day at my desk...pj's, housecoat, coffee cup. If I wanna fancy myself up a bit ... sometimes ... I comb my hair.

 

Policy changed from jeans to dockers two months ago. It sucks.

I come in early so it's a bit colder in the morning. I wear jeans and riding boots on the bike and change to dockers and shoes at work.

I feel your pain. At least I don't have to wear a tie anymore... that really sucked. And yes, sometimes I feel kind of silly, but it still beats riding in thecar!

I ride in w/Dockers and a polo-style shirt on. I do not care what anyone else thinks.

 

Since it was cool this morning I wore my jacket and vest with patches. Got some strange looks on the road and when I got to work. Screw em I'm doing what I like.

 

Change clothes at work or wear overpants. You'll really feel bad if those dockers meet the asphalt- not much protection there.

 

I'm in a business casual environment, so you're not the Lone Ranger. I wear my chaps over the Dockers and a jacket as it's cool in the mornings. Shoes are in the bag. Swap out when I get to work. Jean's Fridays for the win...

 

I just wear my riding gear and change when I get to work, scrubs are not so good for riding in.
