Read the fine print.

If you have to get an 84 month loan to buy a street bob I would reconsider the whole purchase. I can't believe they are finacing them for such a long a term. Hope nobody falls for this nonsense.

You think they could add some KY jelly for that much money

"Here's your loan papers, and KY, you'll be needing it."

Yea I agree with atomic, if you would have to do 84 months, it would make sense to look for something less expensive until situation improves.

There is one situation where this would make sense... I purchase and rehab rental properties, and need as much available credit as I can keep a hold of. If the interest rate is the same, I purchase the longest term possible to keep the most credit open, then always repay early.

I'm surprised they are still offering it at 84 months, given the recent woes of the HD Financial company. They have had significantly more defaulted loans and late payments, I'm sure terms like 84 months certainly haven't helped.

Not to mention yet another thing to drive HD values down, repo'd bikes! You can probably get those for a steal!

When I got my sporty last month I noticed they had them for 99 bux a month, the dealer told me that loan was for 6 years and then the payment went to xxx. Basically he said the 1st 3 years was just intrest and you paid nothing on the bike. He advised against it and we went another way. I cant remember the exact figures but it was enough to make a difference
