Default replacing my air cleaner...

hey everyone, quick question...i'm planning on replacing my '06 Street Bob's air cleaner...it currently has an HD SE Stage 1 kit w/part number 29442-99D
air cleaner and i have Rinehart 2/1 exhaust. I want to replace the air cleaner with the K&N HD-0800, which i've read great reviews on. Do I have to recalibrate/re-map the ECM if i replace just the air cleaner? Thanks in advance.

Just swap it out, no need to recalibrate anything. I will suggest getting rid of the football cover and let it breath fresh cooler air.

For cleaning, I toss mine into a bucket of simple green when I detail the scoot. When I finally get to the blower and wiping the scoot down, I then use a gentle brush to clean the bugs off the filter, rinse, and let it dry in the sun. I come back a lil later and re-oil it using that same soft brush and let it sit a lil longer in the sun to allow the oil to blend evenly into the filter.
