There are all kinds of ultimate man cave shops. Some are very pretty well decorated and not very busy. Others are to the opposite extreme purely functional and very busy.
Mine is a machine shop, heated, sound system all things needed for sustained wrenching.

My little work space... I've added a TV but not much has changed. It has everything that I need though.

Even when it's cold outside:

It's still nice on the inside:

I've had nothing more than just a two bay garage for so long that I had to be very compact. No room for big screen TVs or sofas. I've got the space for stuff like that, but no real desire. I'd rather use the money to upgrade my equipment and tools.

Not sure where I should post this... But does anyone have this ceiling fan??? I got one off EBay & it is without the remote... No pulls on it remote only... So I'm looking for either a remote if someone has one to sell or the instructions that came with it. I went to Menards & the have remotes. I guess I need to take out the receiver in the fan & replace it with the one that comes with the fan.... However I'd like instructions before I try ripping it apart

Heated and cooled the garage with mini-split AC/heater. Floor is RaceDeck. 40" TV with DirectTV with the NFL package. I've added a few more cabinets since the pic and painted the trim between the stucco and Hardie board red. Also, built the garage with plenty of lights.
