Default My Coastal Moto Wheels

Please feel free to move this to another section if it would be better served.

Last summer I purchased a set of Vegas Chrome Wheels, Hub etc., Rotors, and Pulley from Jeff at Coastal Moto. I also bought front and back chrome brakes as well.

I bought them toward the end of the summer last year and at the time I was also building a new motorcycle shop so I didn't get a chance to install them until the winter. Now they are installed and I thought I would post a few pics.

The wheels came with ME880s that were pre-balanced using beads.

They look good, the ride good and I am happy.

Just curious about what everyone else thinks?

No problem. I do have one quick question though.

Can't I put a 200 Metzeler on that 18 x 5.5 rim/wheel?

Yes the 18 x 5.50 will accept the 200mm tire. However I am not positive that you will have the clearance on your bike. We have only done the 180mm on the Deuce so I don't want to tell you it will fit. I don't believe it will though.

Very nice! It's amazing what a nice set of wheels can do to change the whole personality of a bike.

Are you talking about the fender? If so I am thinking of putting a Heartland kit on it.

Or are you talking about the Swingarm?
