I had a Rokon to play with one summer out in the woods and hills behind our home. These machines will climb hills steeper than you swear you cannot climb on foot. Once the newness wore off it sat most of the time.

I believe Yamaha made something very similar to this years ago.

You may be thinking of the TW 200, introduced in '87 and still in production, $4590. I've gotten to ride one quite a bit and they're a fun little bike to play with
