Doc Holidays in Glenwood Springs changed in summer of 2014 and I got a new bike in June 2014.
Part of my "new bike gift bag" was an old t-shirt w/ the old logo. I thought that was pretty damn cheap and not the good way to start off your new dealership. I asked about a new shirt because the logo was pretty damn cool and they looked at me like I was crazy. Said a new one cost 24.99 and they would add it to the bike purchase.
The staff make the dealership that's for sure.

Because depending on who buys the business it can either get better, or go down the toilet. Sometimes you can check and see what other dealerships they own, and how they operate.
