Default Help with P clamp issue

I have a 2014 48. Installing new z bars and the brake line. Went to unscrew the p clamp on the bottom of the tree and the head of the screw snapped off on the first turn. Is this a pivotal screw? If not I'll just route the brake cable elsewhere. Suggestions?

Looks like the bolt is broken off flush with the surface. If you want to get it out you'll have to drill it and use the usual methods... bolt extractor, rethread etc. You might could get at it by just removing the front wheel and fender, but that's a tough angle to work at, and you HAVE to be accurate and straight if you drill. Best bet would be to remove the triple tree and work on it in a vise.

That said, the bolt isn't critical, but you will have to do something else to secure the brake line. If it was my bike I wouldn't sleep well until I had that broken bolt out, but that's just me.
