Default How hard is it to find a used CVO?

I was looking on cycletrader just to be nosey. I am aware that CVO's are a bit rarer than a standard bike. However I just wasn't sure how often one turn up for sale. Just curious about average how long I may have to wait till one comes available? Trying to get a reality check on this subject.

Btw is was looking at '02 King's fell in love with the color and style of them.If I have to wait a very long time past my time to buy I may just drop it for a standard bike.

Most Harley sites have their inventory online.
Just call up a site like; hdcoolsprings.com
Click on their used inventory link and type CVO in the search box.
It should call up all CVO bikes they have.

Do yourself a favor and opt for a new bike vs a used CVO. The CVO 110 has had its share of issues, lifters, compensators, noisy valve train, excessive heat, touring bikes limited to one type of Dunlop tire, paint issues, poor chrome, etc. With a new bike you'll get the latest technology and a warranty.

Try here:

Harley Davidson of Columbia Superstore in Columbia, TN

I always stop there on my way through TN. They have the best selection of used low mileage CVO's. I am always amazed at the inventory they have.

I just checked their website and they currently have 10 used CVO's in their stock.

I only I am after one cause I like the color and the front side of the 02' its close to old style as I can find. About all and possibly it has a bigger engine than the other bikes that year.Don't know why but a single hi/low headlight and a smaller fender seems to appeal to me more looking head on at the forks.

NO - IM(not so humble)O CVO's are for those guys who want a custom bike, don't have the skills or knowledge to build one, and don't realize that they aren't buying a custom bike. For the price of a CVO you can do wonders, have a bike that fits you, and is YOU -with money left over. BTW when the new wears off the CVO you just ate $8K-$10K.

Most CVOs I've seen, are way over the top in "over doing it". Too much chrome, too much flash. But...to each their own. Good Luck with your search. And with this thread. I hope it doesn't deteriorate like the last one.
