Getting em installed tomorrow. I have heard some take the baffles out. They're pretty loud with em in though right?

 

They are very loud w/the baffles (std, not the Quiet Baffles). Leave them in

 

They sound much better with them IN..

 

You will lose torque with no baffles. You need that back pressure.

 

Keep them in. Big performance difference if you take them out.

 

Leave them in....there is guy that rides with us sometimes......his bike is so freaking loud....louder than my chopper even....and it aint a good loud by any means. I really love the sound with the standard baffles in, and the guys are right, take them out, and your performance is going to suffer...

 

I have them and love the sound. The baffles are in them....performance would suffer as mentiond above

 

I have Big Radius pipes with the baffles in, loud enough for my taste.

 

one of my friends rides an 03 Softail with 2" open drags. He can hear my bike just fine going down the road when I'm 20 yards behind him. I still have the stock baffles in the Big Radius.

 

I did not realize,,til I read this,, that my bike sounds like chit!
