These were off a Dyna, FWIW. I don't know what the riser clamps and the grips are on your Springer.
Any chance yours are like sbrmike's?

My 95 Dyna has them and when I first got it last year I loved them but the more I ride it, the less I am liking the buckhorns. I picked up a set of Heritage bars a month or so ago and plan to slap them on the bike this spring.
I've had Heritage bars on several of my other bikes and loved them so I hope they work out for the Dyna.
