Default Ehaust and warranty

I know this is supposed to be in Exhaust forum but you get more info on the general chat section. (that was for those that get mad when we post here). Okay you all know my ordeal about new pipes and running no fuel management system. Most dissagree about that. I called the dealership and asked what I should do AGAIN!! They said not the fuel Pak because of the colorado altitude. Not the PCIII cause it will void the warranty. The only thing that the warranty will cover is the Race tuner. Actually the race tuner is almost the same price as the PCIII installed. My bike is a 2007 Fat Boy. The race tuners are out for a month or 2. Wierd for something to be a must have for warranty but no dealer has them in town.

I'm thinking of going with the tuner as well. if you don't mind me asking, howm much will the dealer charge you to install the tuner ??? FWIW, Zanottis will have the tuner available on 04/30....they are currently on backorder

Ya know hssatx the more I think about it Marty might be right at Thunderbirds. Why would be something so neccessary be out everwhere and they only order 20 at a time? And the PCIII voids a warranty? Makes you wonder if you do really need a fuel management system with new pipes. I'm definitly going to try without and see. Could save a lot of people cash if he is right.

. Don't get me wrong I am still leaning towards the Race Tuner for the extra horse power and performance. Will be nice to to run without for a little while to see if it is really needed. Looking forward to see the difference in power with the Tuner and without. Maybe the people that have been ******* me here have just been dealers anyway!!

JUST AN FYI, The race tuner is a race only product. It could cause you warranty problems as well.
