My left, Right. Front ,Rear turn signals come on when the hand control is engaged but only stay on solid and do not flash. The hazards flash just fine. I'm thinking bad tcm any ideas??

 

You could start by telling us what kind of bike you have, if you've done any mods recently, and if it threw any codes.
