Default 07 Heritage Info/Questions

I am about to purchase a new ride,, leaning real hard toward a 07 Heritage Softail,, been reading some articals about high speed vibration,,,, meaning at speeds greater than 70mph,,, I have been under the impression since the motors have now been balanced,, this is no longer a big issue,,,, can any Heritage owner enlighten me as to what to expect...

Very little vibration, nothing to worry about. Buy it, ride it, you'll love it.

The concerns that you have been reading about recently withvibration in Softails was about the EVO models that weren't counter balanced. These are bikes that were made prior to 2000. The late model counterbalanced twin cam engines are virtually vibration free. You might notice a slight buzz in the 75 to 80 mph range, but nothing to be concerned with. These are very smooth machines at any speed.

Regards,

Bill
