Metric bolts are made in the U.S. too. Just because it is a 13mm bolt does not mean it was made elseware, The U.S. just has to start catching up to everyone else.

American cars have been metric for years. I wish all manufacturers would use entirely metric fasteners.

Are you sure about Showa being made in america?? Showa is owned by HONDA. All honda dirtbikes come with showa suspension. I read awhile back that the touring bikes had showa internals. My 2001 suzuki dirt bike has showa suspension. Funny thing is the dirtbike cost $5400 and has better showa internals than the 16k 2007 EGS I got.

If you think about it ... If all HD's are running showa internals than in a way All harleys are riding on HONDA suspension!!! Whoooaaaa Careful where you say that!!!

troll. wait till you find out where GoldWings are made. hahaha....

Just for the sake of this discussion.....Goldwings, and their engines are manufactured and assembled entirely in Marysville, Ohio. Engines are cast and machined in the nearby Anna, Ohio engine plant. Not just assembled, but manufactured.
