RE: Harley boots warenty
I had bought a pair of gloves at LA Harley the day I bought the bike, turns out they were just a little to small. The next weekend, I was over at California HD they had no problem swapping them out for the next size up. Sounds like your local dealer is just an ***.
Other than that, if you can't work out a deal with either dealer, you can ship them to me and I'll take them back and exchange them for you. I can ship them back to you at no cost from work.

Had the same zipper problem on my HD boots after a month, brought em in and they gave me a new pair no questions asked. (Orlando Harley Davidson)..granted I bought two bikes there and probably put the owners kids thru college by now.

Hey D,
This isn't what you were asking but for whatever it's worth-
When I was looking for new boots I saw the Harley's and they were ok....
But I said WTF and checked Walmart- They've got some boots called Herman Survivors (model:Kodiak) black leather laced for 49.95
Herman Survivors was an East Coast Boot Manufacturer that made their products in the USA.I used to buy their boots back in the day.
Walmart acquired 'em - now the boots are made in China- They did it right, the quality's great on mine and they look better than any HD boots I've ever seen.
I'd make the same decision again, great boots.
