Hire some good looking sharp girls,
Keep the beer prices fair, keep the food portions small, but fair priced.
Ample parking, few TVs playing some motorcycle shows and what not.
Live music is always good, but keep a side area on the quiet side so people can BS. Have a free taxi with secure parking for bikes if someone gets to lit to drive.
Charge good $ for shots..
