Dickeys black steel toed work boots 12W. They came in wide which worked for me.

 

Another vote for Red Wing. I bought my current pair after wearing out a very comfortable pair of Carharts, but they're made, (ahem) overseas where I think most Red Wings are still made here.

 

I have had a pair of CruiserWorks for 4 years. Had them resoled for about $40 and they are good to go for another 4 years. Very comfortable.

What I would like to find is a pair of vented boots for Summer. There are several European makes available but none in a wide size. I tried a pair on but they pinch my feet.

 

I have had a pair of HD Brakelight Boots. I have had them since 2002. I can also attest for the Bates boots and they can be found at academy.

I wear Bates Ultra-lites too.....very comfortable, and light.

 

I found my Harley boots at http://www.bootbarn.com. I usually hate buying boots or jackets or anything that needs to "fit" from a catolog or online, but I figured what the hell and bought some anyway. To my surprise, the boots came in and fit perfectly. I'd recommend checking them out to anyone...fat feet or not.
