That is ugly, ugly. I would not give him $10k, IMO. Complete repaint or new tins...

Uhhhh No!!!! Rick Fairless' Looney Tunes bike was way better done than that and I still wouldn't pay 30k for it. (Well, for one thing because it's a Victory.)

It looks like someone puked a rainbow up on it too.
