I wouldn't bet on it. The Trans Am in Smokey and the Bandit isn't that old, or valuable, or rare. A mint condition 1959 Duo Glide, owned by a major celebrity (whether you like him or not) for that long a time frame will draw the interest of serious collectors who have the cash to run the price up. Wouldn't surprise me if HD bought it to put in the museum.
