Default Battery tender for multiple bikes

Is there a product which can be hooked to three or four bikes instead of putting a separate one for each bike?

There sure is!

Deltran Corporation, makes a four-bank "Battery Tender.

I have one (in additions to several single units) that I bought several years ago, but honestly, I think buying the single units may be just as economical and you have more flexibility as to where you can use them.

I was just talking to my Indy about this yesterday. He said it was a bad idea because if 1 battery dies, the charger will distribute the charging load difference to the remaining batteries. 10 batteries were killed because 1 went bad and the other 9 were overcharged.

A Battery Tender will charge most motorcycle batteries overnight. You could hook up each individual battery overnight once a month, and they'd be OK. That's what I do with my DR650 and my Road King's battery which sits on the workbench next to the DR. Before I bought my Battery Tender Jr I thought they had to be hooked up all the time, but they don't. The shop where I bought my BT has a bowl of BT pigtails on the parts counter that sell for $5.00 each.

That is what I do. I have one tender, two mc batts and a car batt. Though I have tender, I just use it charge the batteries.
So far so good.

Battery tenders don't need to be always connected, the point is that they can be. Once the battery is fully charged, the tender monitors for voltage drop and turns itself on to top off the battery. Nice for seasonal storage. I have 2 batteries in the basement for the winter and used to move the tender from one to the other every couple weeks. I recently picked up a tender Jr. for $20, so now I don't have to bother switching. One less task to manage, I guess.

Way back when I first discovered battery tenders thought about one with multiple leads. In the end I was much better off with separate tenders first off because of the money savings but mainly it is not feasible to have all the vehicles clumped together in my shop.

I use the 1.5 amp $20 ones that Walmart sell. One on my Toyhauler RV's battery,
one on the lawn mower, one on the generator, my C5 Corvette, my KLR650, and
one on my beloved Harley Limited's. Then I have a 6 amp one for my F250 diesel
with it's parallel dual batteries setup.
