I'm soon going to be heading to South Africa on a long term work assignment and plan to ship my Nightrain.

I read a post some time back where one member recommended a shipping company he used to Australia, but just cant find that post now.

Anyone out there that can recommend a shipper - of course I've done the Google thing to death, but it would be best to have a personal reference from one of our members.

 

Not sure on a shipper, but to ship my bike to Germany would be around $3000.. Duties, Taxes, etc. are ridiculous

 

Not sure how your travel arrangements are, however, if you're given a decent allowance, you may be able to ship as part of household goods. I've done that twice and avoided shipping as a vehicle. Still had to be boxed up properly, but worked well.
