It has been a while since this has happened, but I was on my way to the doctor. There was a Honda sort of over the lane line a little bit with his windows open. I am certain that he heard me at first, but then I continued to cruise next to him for a half a block or so. Then suddenly here he comes right at me. I rapped my pipes and he stopped changing lanes real quick. Then he slowed down so that I couldn't kindly inform him that he almost ran me over. Next thing I know he disappeared all together. Stay on your toes folks...Be safe.

 

Hell that happens to me every stinkin day. That's why I wear a helmet when riding in heavy traffic.

 

Seems to me that 80% of these near car-bike encounters, are caused by an a-hole who figures "I am bigger than him...he will brake and let me in". I asked a lady once (she came out of a quick shop lot right in front of me), if she would have pulled out had I been driving a semi. She got an irritated look, and rolled her window up. Biotch

 

Lost count how many doors I've booted in, but may make them look next time.

 

I haven't done the door boot yet, but used the middle finger.

 

Dallas I know of a white Caddy on Harry Hines that has a real nice black boot mark in the passenger door

along with a few in a few select other places around the country

 

Passed a slow car yesterday in the right lane of a turnout...slowed down half way around and put my left hand on his fender...before continuing on my way...look on his face - PRICELESS...!

 

One of the docs at work was riding in last week. SOmeone pulled out in front of him, he had to lay it down and busted up his hand pretty good. Now he is out for 6-8 weeks. I hear it everyday........
