Anybody have a problem with my sig pic?
Anybody have a problem with my sig pic and tag line below?
Rode a PGR mission at the National Cemetary in Westwood, CA last Friday afternoon.
After the services I stopped by myself at a restroom on the grounds. As I came out I saw my bike with all the backs of those white headstones offering a stark contrast againstmy black bike.
Image came out as shown with no enhancementsjust cropped a little.
Just thought the image was powerful and spoke volumes of why I ride with the Patriot Guard Riders.
Anybody find it blasphemous or exploitative?

In my mind your picture evokes a message of the two things important to you...your bike and your respect for those who gave all.
No problem here...wish I could have been there with you.

No, I think it has a symbolic sense to it. I, for one, am proud of my affiliation with the PGR, and the support it offers.

The mere fact you've taken the time to ask speaks volumes to your motivation. Obviously from a position of respect. While we're just starting to see signs of this type of respect on this side of the U.S./Can border, it has been a long time coming. For about the first 2 decades of my military service, the Canadian military was the public's favourite whipping boy. (Or as I've always referred to it, the bastard stepchild gov't agency...) I think it is impressive you guys (PGR) care enough to do this stuff. We in the Canadian military can only dream of this level of public support. Kudos...
