One of my AUX lights committed suicide before being replaced.
So I bought a Trucklite Phase 7 from a member here and went to install it. Taped out some positions on the garage door to measure where the current lights hit so I can adjust the Trucklights.. I replace the main headlight with the Phase 7, works fine.. Then started turning the aux lights on and off to get a position for them.. After about 5 times something didn't look right, the right side was lighter than the left..
Walk in front of the bike.. left light is out.. WTF.. did I pinch a wire? So I pulled the left aux light out and took a look at it.. Filament broke.. Its like it knew it was going to be replaced so it took its own life in protest.
